To support a growing customer base, the full-time Billing Support Specialist will manage end-to-end billing operations, resolve complex account inquiries, and ensure accurate data while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage billing operations cases, including resolving invoice discrepancies and account escalations Perform detailed customer reconciliations and dataset analysis in Salesforce and billing systems Partner cross-functionally with teams to address complex account inquiries and educate customers on payment processes Required qualifications Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on billing operations or accounts receivable Strong analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheet tools, including pivot tables and data manipulation Practical experience navigating Salesforce and billing platforms Proven ability to de-escalate complex customer matters and communicate effectively Habit of case ownership with flexibility to balance customer needs and operational priorities
