To support a growing real estate team, the fully remote Senior HR Business Partner will manage complex employee relations for W2 employees, design people-management tools, and coach RE Team Owners on HR practices while collaborating with the VP of Human Resources. Key responsibilities: Serve as the primary HR contact for W2 employees, providing guidance on policies and workplace concerns Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations Design and implement performance frameworks and compensation models to support effective leadership Required qualifications: 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on employee relations in distributed workforce models Strong understanding of employment law and co-employment risk Experience in building or governing a Center of Excellence program PHR, SPHR, or equivalent certification is a strong plus Familiarity with HRIS and engagement survey platforms, with ADP experience as a bonus
