IT Systems Engineer

Supporting enterprise infrastructure solutions, the full-time IT Systems Engineer will design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Active Directory and Windows-based systems while collaborating with IT teams to ensure optimal performance and security. Key responsibilities Administer and maintain enterprise systems and infrastructure services Design and support Microsoft Active Directory and Windows-based environments Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and resolve escalated Service Desk tickets Required qualifications Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Help Desk, Systems Administration, or related infrastructure support role Experience supporting Windows-based enterprise systems and infrastructure Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory administration Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts Familiarity with system monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting
