Owning deployment outcomes, the full-time Technical Implementation Manager will ensure effective customer onboarding and ongoing support, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Deploy Odyssey's platform to customers, ensuring successful completion of contractual requirements and go-live milestones Develop and lead deployment plans in collaboration with state stakeholders and internal teams, including Engineering and Product Drive customer growth and adoption, ensuring scalable and effective deployment processes Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in an implementation or customer success role with hands-on technology product deployment Experience managing long-term, complex, and technical implementation cycles of 6+ months Strong technical acumen with the ability to configure technical workflows such as APIs and webhooks Analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL and/or advanced Excel techniques for data investigation Experience working with government agencies is a strong plus
