Country Aire Retirement Center | Nursing Home in Lewistown is a small facility with 60 beds located at 18540 MO-16, Lewistown, MO 63452

Shift : Monday-Friday; Days; No Weekends; 40 Scheduled HRS; Guaranteed HRS

13 Week Travel Contract

SNF (skilled nursing facility) physical therapy involves creating and implementing individualized treatment plans to help residents improve or maintain physical function. A physical therapist in an SNF works with patients who are recovering from surgery, injury, or illness, or managing chronic conditions like arthritis or Parkinson's, to restore strength, balance, and mobility. This can involve a variety of techniques such as exercises, stretches, and gait training, with the ultimate goal of increasing independence and preventing falls.

Pay Packages are all inclusive, built on 40 HRS / 13 weeks and subject to confirmation and other fees not defined by facility.

Per Diems (Housing and Meals) will be determined prior to submission and will be based on MAX allowed per GSA. Please discuss pay breakdowns with your Recruiter prior to submission.
