Responsibilities and Duties
Provide primary care services to pediatric patients in a community health settingDeliver care to a diverse patient base, with approximately 75% Spanish-speaking patients (interpreters and bilingual MAs available)Manage a high percentage of Medical / Medicaid patientsCollaborate with care teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomesUtilize active California DEA and furnishing license for prescribing needsAdhere to organizational protocols and documentation standardsAdditional Information
Locum experience requiredExperience in FQHC, rural health, or IHS preferredRecent experience in a pediatric setting is mandatoryMust possess current California licensure, DEA, and furnishing licenseBoard certifications required : Family Medicine, Pediatrics, or Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Certification (PPCNP-BC)Assignment dates may be dependent on approved time off and Regional Medical Director approvalBenefits
