The Senior Director I, Quality Systems and Risk Management plays a critical leadership role within the North America Operating Unit Supply Chain QSE organization. This role ensures that all company-owned and co-manufacturing operations consistently produce products of the highest quality, safely and sustainably, in full compliance with The Coca-Cola Company's standards, policies, and procedures. This role sets the strategic agenda, manages cross-functional stakeholders, and drives execution of integrated quality systems and audit programs aligned with company standards and business goals.

Pay Range : $176,000 - $199,000 Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered. Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage : 30 Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
