A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager for Optimizer Hub.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee design and development of the Optimizer Hub product and mentor up to 7 engineers
Collaborate with product managers and technical leads to create and execute plans addressing customer needs
Manage project timelines, reporting, and drive adoption of AI frameworks and tools within engineering
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 3+ years in an engineering manager or technical project manager role in a software organization
Hands-on software development experience in Java or C / C++
Experience with large distributed applications using Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Expertise in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence
