To support a growing renewals function, the full-time Renewals Manager will manage the operations layer of renewals, partner on scaled renewal motions, and support enterprise renewal strategies, all while working remotely in the US. Key responsibilities Run auto-renewal processing, forecast hygiene, and contract audits to achieve a 95%+ on-time renewal close rate Collaborate with the Scaled CSM to maintain Gross Retention at 97%+ through automation and commercial execution Assist in drafting renewal briefs and commercial prep for enterprise accounts, contributing to overall retention goals Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience in SaaS renewals, customer success operations, sales operations, or account management Hands-on experience with customer success platforms (e.g., Vitally, Gainsight) and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) Strong process orientation with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Commercial instinct for customer engagement and negotiation Curiosity about the legal industry and an AI-forward mindset to enhance renewals processes
