To support credentialing operations, the full-time Credentialing Coordinator will manage the processing and submission of applications, maintain data integrity in credentialing software, and serve as the primary contact for enrollment issues, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Processes and submits complete and accurate applications and rosters to relevant parties Maintains and audits credentialing software and ensures compliance with NCQA standards Communicates with practices and health plans regarding enrollment issues and directory listings Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred Certification by the National Association Medical Staff Services or as a Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist preferred Previous experience as a Credentialing Coordinator or in Provider Enrollment preferred Knowledge of NCQA standards and guidelines
