Market Development Manager

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Market Development Manager, the full-time remote position will lead growth across various channels, develop marketing strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance rental growth and market share. Key responsibilities: Lead the execution of in-resort marketing strategies and City Store growth initiatives to maximize guest acquisition Develop integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition Monitor market trends and analyze key performance metrics to inform future marketing strategies Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and/or a minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Strong business acumen with a proven track record of driving profitable results Ability to leverage data for insights and storytelling Experience in building effective internal and external business partnerships
