Staff Accountant- HYBRID

Dayton, OH

$50,000- $60,000

About the Staff Accountant Role :

  • The Staff Accountant will be hands-on in bridging general ledger accounting and collections
  • The Staff Accountant will cover journal entries, reconciliations, month- and year-end closes, and manage active collections
  • Operate in AX Dynamics ERP and support implementation team with continuity in BAU finance activity

    • Must-Have Experience of Staff Accountant :

  • Proficiency in general ledger accounting and commercial collections
  • The Staff Accountant should be confident in Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)
  • Experience with mid-to-large ERP systems; AX Dynamics exposure ideal
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers (phone / email) and collaborate with finance team
  • The Staff Accountant must have immediate availability (onboarding ASAP)

    • Nice-to-Have :

  • Spanish language skills for collections in Latin America
  • Prior experience supporting ERP migration projects (Oracle Fusion preferred)
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
