Successful candidates will have proven experience in one of the following Facilities roles :

Site Selection & Land Acquisition :

• Min : 10+ years of related real estate experience, with BS (or equivalent experience). Ideal : 20+ years of related experience in U.S. Government acquisition experience, with BS (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with land and building site profiles to provide detailed data for decision matrices to enable site selection
• Experience performing site selection and acquiring land for construction projects
• Preferred : Experience supporting FAA and knowledge of USG land acquisition processes and procedures
