Automotive Assembler | Springfield, OH | $18-$18.30 / Hour | Multiple Shifts Available

Entry-Level Manufacturing Position with Advancement Opportunities

Join a leading automotive parts manufacturer in Springfield, Ohio as an Assembler with immediate openings on both first and second shifts. This hands-on role offers excellent starting pay and growth potential in a stable industry.

Position Details

  • First Shift : Monday-Friday, 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 30 PM - $18.00 / hour
  • Second Shift : Monday-Friday, 6 : 00 PM - 2 : 30 AM - $18.30 / hour
  • Training : 2 days of comprehensive onboarding
  • Overtime : Available as needed, including some weekends

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality automotive parts at scheduled production rates
  • Stack and assemble parts according to specifications
  • Lift and place automobile components on jigs for robotic welding
  • Assist press operators and other assemblers with production tasks
  • Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records
  • Operate welding machines and robotics for automotive client orders
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S principles
  • Follow written operational standards and safety protocols

    • Qualifications

  • Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly
  • Capability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Basic computer literacy and math skills
  • Problem-solving ability and willingness to learn
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
