Precise Systems, Inc. is seeking a logistician ii to provide programmatic and life cycle logistics support for electro-optic infrared (eo / ir) projects managed by the electro-optic technology division (eotd) at nswc crane. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working with minimal oversight while supporting multiple ongoing projects in a dynamic government environment.

Duties :

• Provide support for eo / ir programs including coordinate meetings, maintain records, schedules, and correspondence; track deliverables and assist in the development of project milestones and objectives.
• Support quarterly program reviews, program management reviews, peer and technical reviews, and team meetings. Develop and maintain meeting materials, minutes, and action items.
• Track acquisition and procurement documentation for supply requisitions. Monitor material receipt, delinquent items, and inventory updates. Perform inventory control and tracking for product monitoring, shipping / receiving, and repair assets.
• Maintain and update acquisition, logistics, and technical databases.
• Maintain government-provided integrated master schedules (ims) using microsoft project and power bi; maintain the poa&m including project schedule, milestones, and resources.
• Research, validate, and update technical data packages and configuration management records.
• Review and process engineering change proposals (ecps) and related documentation.
