Anheuser-Busch PerfectDraft Market Manager

We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representatives to join our team and drive sales for our client, Anheuser-Busch (AB) . In this role, you will represent PerfectDraft , a premium at-home draft beer system that's redefining how consumers enjoy beer at home. As a PerfectDraft Business Development Representative , you'll bring the product to life through engaging in-store demos, educating customers on its features and benefits, and converting foot traffic into sales. You'll act as the face of a fast-growing brand, combining consumer engagement with strategic retail outreach to expand awareness and presence in key markets. What We Offer :

Responsibilities :

  • Execute in-store sampling events and product demonstrations across key retail accounts to drive consumer engagement and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with Anheuser-Busch distributors and internal teams to ensure consistent product availability and alignment with sales goals.
  • Track, measure, and report activation results, providing comprehensive recaps and performance metrics to evaluate event effectiveness.
  • Accurately complete and submit weekly program deliverables, including recaps, reporting, and compliance documentation, on time.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts and local wholesalers to strengthen market presence and long-term partnerships.
  • Oversee and manage local marketing assets, promotional materials, and event resources to ensure readiness and efficiency.
  • Leverage data analytics to identify market gaps, optimize distribution, and uncover opportunities to increase sales volume.
  • Manage the training, scheduling and execution of Brand Ambassadors.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • Access to reliable transportation within your territory is required
  • Prior experience working in traditional retail (CPG) and / or bars or restaurants preferred
  • 1 year plus sales experience (On / off-premise sampling experience is a plus)
  • Due to the dispensing of alcohol, you must be 21 or older and requires Responsible Alcohol Training
  • Must be available to work evenings and weekends
  • Comfortable handling mechanical / appliance setups; ability to explain technical features simply
  • Engaging, outgoing, approachable personality
  • Excellent verbal / written communication skills
  • Access to a computer (with internet access) with Microsoft Office and have Excel and PPT experience
  • Personal smartphone with the ability to communicate / report while in the field
  • Must be willing to travel within identified territory
  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
  • Organizational skills to meet weekly deadlines
  • Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs
  • Responsibilities

    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

    Team Management

  • Manages all aspects of Brand Ambassador team including recruitment, training, weekly event execution, and reporting
  • Ensures Brand Ambassadors are properly equipped with merchandise and materials needed to execute sampling events
  • Regularly travel in market for purpose of, but not limited to; BA development, activation audits and performance reviews
  • Overall performance management of Brand Ambassadors providing direction, guidance, and support where necessary
  • Develop employees for career advancement and succession planning
  • Field Operations Management

  • Drive professional and value-oriented relationships with key wholesaler / client field management teams to drive positive relationships
  • Use reports and presentations to highlight success and / or improvement areas relative to program execution - performance vs. performance objectives, competitive intelligence, key market initiatives, wins, losses, opportunities, and challenges
  • Work collaboratively with support and agency operations team in areas including, but not limited to, report development, event execution, financial control, and coverage model execution / revisions
  • Conduct weekly conference calls with DM to communicate program updates and strategic priorities
  • Manage budget for assigned geographic area to maximize revenue and profit and lowering workman's compensation claims by enforcing a safe work environment
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by one's supervisor or other manager related to the position / department

    Client Relationship

  • Drive professional and value-oriented relationships with key wholesaler / client field management teams to drive positive relationships. Maintains consistency and highly visible presence in designated accounts within assigned territory.
  • Teamwork / Dynamics

  • Work collaboratively with support and agency operations team in areas including, but not limited to, report development, event execution, financial control, and coverage model execution / revisions. Efficient tactical support on BA process, day to day business needs, and administrative support. Communicate daily / weekly with BAs through Whats App. Conduct weekly conference calls with local team to communicate program updates and strategic priorities.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Hires, retains, trains, coaches, guides, directs, and develops direct reports using company-wide processes, tools and resources
  • Indirect Reports

  • May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports
  • Travel and / or Driving Requirements

  • Travel and Driving are essential duties and function of this job
  • Travel up to 50%
  • Education Level : (Required) : Bachelor's Degree

    Field of Study / Area of Experience

    2-4 years of experience

    Experience in the alcohol or beverage industry preferred

    Experience working in an agency, retail, CPG or CE environment

    Proven success in the execution and evaluation of sampling programs

    Experience with recruiting, interviewing, and training Brand Ambassadors

    Experience in creating weekly schedules with specific parameters for execution

    Experience with approving team events, recaps, and payroll systems

    Environmental & Physical Requirements

    Office / Sedentary Requirements : Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically, requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may require the ability to lift up to 10lbs.
