About the Role

Based in our beautiful Carmel, Indiana office, you’ll lead the development and execution of marketing and communication strategies that drive engagement, build brand credibility, and support business growth. You'll be a key player in shaping how we communicate our mission, products, and values—both internally and externally.

This role combines big-picture strategy with hands-on execution across content creation, digital and social media management, events, PR coordination, and brand asset development.

  • Lead and evolve Bolder’s communications strategy—ensuring consistent, impactful messaging across all channels.
  • Create high-quality, compelling content (written and visual) for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, sales tools, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Manage and grow our digital presence—including social media, web content, and email marketing to boost visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop customer-focused campaigns and materials that support revenue growth.
  • Ensure all messaging reflects our brand voice, tone, and sustainability values, and aligns with industry and customer expectations.
  • Own and organize brand assets and collateral, including templates, presentations, brochures, and event materials.
  • Coordinate conference and event participation, including messaging, materials, and promotion before, during, and after.
  • Monitor KPIs and analytics to optimize communication performance, generate leads, and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

  • Requirements : Job Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand management—preferably in industrial, environmental, or B2B sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, ommunications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills across various content formats (digital, print, video scripts, etc.).
  • Strategic mindset with strong executional capabilities—you can zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in to write a killer LinkedIn post.
  • Solid grasp of digital tools : Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite, email marketing platforms, social media tools, and analytics dashboards.
  • Familiarity with design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) and a sharp eye for visual storytelling and layout.
  • Strong time management, organization, and project prioritization skills—able to juggle multiple initiatives with grace and focus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, ommunications, Journalism, or a related field.rpersonal skills.
