Join the team at Hersheypark Camping Resort, campground located a few miles down the road from Hersheypark amusement park that features log and deluxe cabins, tent sites, and partial and full-hookup sites.
The store clerk is responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and accurate service to all guests of the Hersheypark Camping Resort

Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):
Entering sales into the POS system*
Selling cross-destination attraction tickets via the Galaxy system*
Conduct business with guests with a smile, enthusiasm & professionalism*
Stock firewood bundles, kindling, and bags of ice
Assist in delivering merchandise across the Camping Resort property*
Handle all cash and credit card transactions*
Assist the Manager/Supervisor with store opening and closing procedures*
Stock shelves and assist with rotating products to standard*
Assist with cleaning, sweeping, and mopping of the Country Store*
Perform other job duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must possess a valid driver’s license
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated to perform all aspects of the job at all times
Must be able to safely operate a golf cart
Must be able to perform basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
Must be friendly, upbeat, work well with other employees, and be able to interact with our guests in a fast-paced environment
Must have strong conflict-resolution/problem-solving skills
Must be able to multitask while prioritizing job tasks and assignments
Must display a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and professional image in compliance with Hershey Entertainment & Resorts guidelines
Must have the ability to safeguard confidential information
Job Demands:
Physical requirements include the ability to stand (for up to eight hours at a time), walk, bend at the waist and knees and have repeated manual dexterity, and the ability to push, pull, and reach above shoulder level, and lift up to 35 pounds without assistance
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, with shifts starting as early as 7AM and ending as late as 11PM, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to work in a combination of indoor and outdoor weather conditions. Employees are subject to a variety of weather conditions, including but not limited to: extreme heat, sun exposure, cold, and inclement weather.
