Cybersecurity Program Manager

Leading the planning and execution of a global cybersecurity program, the full-time Senior Manager, Cybersecurity Program Management will oversee strategic initiatives, compliance, and risk management while fostering cross-functional partnerships in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Implement cybersecurity strategy through prioritized programs, establishing governance and performance metrics that align with business objectives Lead cybersecurity programs and remediation initiatives, managing vulnerability assessments, audits, and compliance activities Build and develop a high-performing cybersecurity program team, promoting accountability and collaboration across the organization Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field 8+ years of program or project management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role Experience in large-scale cybersecurity, technology, or risk management programs Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, including risk assessments and compliance reporting Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
