Managing employer accounts, the full-time Texas Licensed Account Manager will cultivate strong relationships with clients and brokers, lead cross-functional teams, and develop strategies to drive membership growth while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S. Key responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor to key client contacts, fostering strong partnerships and addressing client needs Develop and implement tailored strategies to meet employer objectives and optimize service delivery Oversee a portfolio of mid-sized to large clients, ensuring personalized attention and strategic recommendations Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and relevant work experience 3+ years of managed care experience, including knowledge of insurance products/employee benefits Valid Texas Driver's License and ability to travel throughout metropolitan Houston Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access Demonstrated public speaking and presentation skills
