Engineering Skills required :

• Structural Engineering- design, analysis, calculations, field evaluations, wood, steel, concrete
• Civil Engineering- site design, wastewater, drainage, retaining walls, grading
• Building Inspections- pre-purchase, system specific structural and / or diagnosis
• AutoCAD
• Professional Engineer preferred, Intern or degreed engineer will be considered
