What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible presence.

Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas for any suspicious activity or security-related concerns.

Report and document any security-related incidents, hazards, or maintenance issues observed during patrols.

Communicate with property management and / or tenants as needed to address security-related matters.

Assist with access control procedures to help to deter unauthorized entry into restricted areas.

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Access control and / or badge experience is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
