Job Description

Now hiring a full-time Nurse Manager for a long-term care facility, working Mon-Fri from 10 : 30am to 7 : 00pm.

The Nurse Manager oversees clinical operations, including supervision of nursing staff, care plan reviews, and ensuring regulatory compliance. They provide specialized leadership in Wound Care, MDS coordination, and Infection Prevention and Control, implementing best practices and training staff.

Qualifications include RN licensure in Wisconsin, 2-3 years of long-term care experience, and expertise in one or more specialty areas. Certifications in Wound Care, MDS, or Infection Control are preferred.
