The Role

As the Compliance and Data Analytics Associate, you'll be integral to our work in helping vulnerable children achieve a brighter future. You will have primary responsibility for donor communications and data analytics related to Save the C Hildren's efforts to combat fraud, waste, and abuse and to ensure the safety of program participants. The Compliance and Data Analytics Associate will also provide support to Save the C Hildren's Audit & Risk Management Committee and perform additional duties as requested.

What You'll Be Doing (Essential Duties)

Counter-fraud & Safeguarding Incident Management (60%)

• Independently engage in sensitive communications with internal and external stakeholders including donors and Offices of Inspectors General on topics related to Save the C Hildren's efforts to combat fraud, waste, and abuse and to ensure the safety of all participants in its programs;
• Escalate high risk matters to the Associate General Counsel and / or Deputy General Counsel as needed;
• Develop and maintain constructive relationships with relevant stakeholders.

Data Management & Analytics (30%)

Audit & Risk Management Committee Support (5%)

Save the C Hildren is offering the following salary ranges for this position, dependent on candidate location :

The salary ranges listed above are for US based candidates. For candidates located outside of the US, salary ranges will be based on the salary scales of the local employer of record. Actual base salary may vary based on, but not limited to, relevant experience, base salary of internal peers, business sector, and geographic location.
