To support a growing practice focused on older adults, the part-time New Hampshire Licensed Therapist will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy in a fully remote setting, design personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a supportive care team. Key responsibilities Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual environment Design personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs Manage documentation efficiently using streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools Required qualifications Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent Licensed in New Hampshire Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
