Utility Automation Leadership : Develop processes for the implementation of bots to automate utility payments. Insurance and Compliance : Track and resolve COI revisions to ensure timely issuance to all stakeholders. Canadian Lease Renewals : Lead negotiations, amendments, and payment reconciliations for 50 Canadian leases requiring renewal in the next year. Operational Continuity : Support ongoing leasing operations by assisting with rent payments, reconciliations, reporting, and landlord communications.

- Hourly pay : $50-$55 / hr
- Worksite : Leading music streaming company (Washington, DC 20002 - Onsite, Open to remote candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone within the United States)
- W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program
- 40 hours / week, 6 Month Assignment, Possible extension
