Accounting Manager

Salary : $110,000-140,000

Bonus : 10%

Hybrid in Naperville, 3 days on-site and 2 days remote

Applicants need to have Accounting Management title or higher to be considered

Notes from Assistant Controller :

• Need public then go into a corporate role, not only public experience
• Needs to be at a corp company $1 billion annual revenue or higher (ideal $5 billion or higher)
• Certs - Need to have CPA or MBA or on track for CPA
• Need minimum of 1+ years of managing experience
• Experience performance management, onboarding training. They will have a team of 3 direct reports
• This person will be doing the inside income accounting - do not need but a plus
• Need someone who is a go getter, curious thinker (analytical and can interpret data) and Financial Reporting experience

Primary Responsibilities

The Accounting Manager will lead a team of accountants and oversee the department’s daily operations such as financial reporting, month-end processes, and forecasting. This role will work closely with internal partners to ensure timely and accurate reporting of business performance. The ideal candidate will have the ability to analyze and interpret large operational data sets and will be able to understand complex business processes.
