Job Title : Logistics Coordinator

Location : On-site at Manassas, VA 20110

Start Date : November 17, 2025

Duration : 6-month contract

Pay Rate : $18 / hour

Shifts : Monday–Friday, 7 : 30 AM–4 : 00 PM or 7 : 00 AM–3 : 30 PM

Overview :

We are seeking entry-level Logistics Coordinators to support a short-term project focused on supply labeling and inventory organization. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable with light physical tasks.

Description

With the changes in their computer systems for the EMR and the rest of their support, they are going to be changing up the system that houses all of their supplies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify medical supplies and equipment, then create and print labels using internal systems.
• Relocate labeled supplies to designated areas such as patient rooms and clinics, under the direction of on-site managers and leads.
• Assist with general organization and inventory tasks as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00 / hr.
