As a Zuma Steward/Dishwasher, you are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for our guests and staff. You will be responsible for washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, as well as assisting with general cleaning and organization tasks as needed.
Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection, inspired by the dynamic Izakaya dining style. Our global collection includes four venues across North America's most iconic cities: Miami, New York, Las Vegas, and Boston.
