A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist I for their Customer Service Center.
Key Responsibilities
Process inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries related to bank products and services
De-escalate customer issues and follow through to resolution
Maintain knowledge of banking products and adhere to service level metrics
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of one year of customer service experience required; banking experience preferred
Minimum of one year of contact center experience or equivalent required
Expertise in using personal computers and managing home networking
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some Federal Reserve holidays
