Role Overview :
As a Psychiatrist at Tapestry 360 Health, you will play a key role in delivering comprehensive psychiatric and
behavioral health care. You will manage patients with a wide range of mental health conditions, focusing on
culturally competent and trauma-informed care. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring
continuity of care through preventive, diagnostic, and treatment services. This is an excellent opportunity to

Key Responsibilities :
o Comprehensive Psychiatric Care : Assess and diagnose a wide range of psychiatric conditions,
developing personalized treatment plans, including medication management and psychotherapy.
o Integrated Care : Collaborate with primary care providers, behavioral health specialists, and support
staff to ensure integrated care across disciplines.
o Patient Education : Provide mental health education and counseling to patients and their families to
support informed care decisions and enhance treatment adherence.
o Crisis Intervention : Offer timely support for patients in psychiatric crises, providing immediate
assessments and interventions as needed.
o Supervision & Leadership : Supervise and mentor a team of psychiatric nurse practitioners, physician
assistants, and support staff.
o Documentation & Compliance : Ensure thorough and accurate documentation in our electronic health
record (EHR) system while adhering to state and federal regulations.
o Community Engagement : Participate in community health initiatives to promote mental health
awareness and expand access to care.

Qualifications
o Education : MD or DO from an accredited medical school, with Board Certification (or eligibility) in
Psychiatry.
o Licensure : Active Illinois medical license and DEA certification.
o Experience : Experience in community health, trauma-informed care, or working with diverse and
underserved populations is preferred.
o Skills : Strong diagnostic, communication, and leadership skills with a commitment to culturally
competent care.
Salary and Benefits :
o Compensation : The annual salary range for this position is $180,000.00 to $250,000.00, based on
experience and qualifications.
