Program Manager

A company is looking for a Program Manager to support the execution of new service offerings and operationally complex product categories.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and dependency tracking across multiple initiatives

Coordinate day-to-day execution across various teams and facilitate working group meetings

Support launch preparation and ensure smooth handoffs from build to launch to steady-state operations

Required Qualifications

Background in digital health, telehealth, or HealthTech is strongly preferred

Minimum of 5-8+ years of experience in program management or related roles

Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams

Experience coordinating across technical and non-technical teams

Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Monday, Jira, or Smartsheet
