Chief of Staff

A company is looking for a Chief of Staff.

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute cross-functional high-impact projects across various departments

Support people and culture projects to enhance company values and hiring processes

Collaborate with stakeholders and coordinate projects to ensure alignment and accelerate delivery

Required Qualifications

At least 7 years of experience in a high-intensity environment, such as consulting or growth stage startups

Strong track record in managing projects and / or teams

Fluency in English and French

Experience in business development across Africa is a plus

Familiarity with financial modelling or data analysis tools is advantageous
