PAP Specialist

A company is looking for a PAP Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule appointments for customers to pick up PAP equipment and provide usage instructions

Prepare and submit audit paperwork for Medicare and other insurance claims to ensure compliance

Monitor and manage clients on Positive Airway Pressure devices, encouraging compliance

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

One (1) year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services

For senior level, two (2) years of work-related experience and one (1) year of exact job experience is required

Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment is preferred
