A company is looking for an Authorization Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities
Aids the utilization management team by tracking and documenting authorizations and referrals
Supports the authorization review process by researching and documenting necessary medical information
Verifies member insurance coverage and maintains accurate data entry for authorization requests
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
1 - 2 years of related experience preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance preferred
