Responsibilities

• You are a high performer with 3 - 5 years of experience with the following :
• Products Liability Litigation (required)
• Drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery
• Conducting depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews
• Managing document collection, review, and production
• Causation and / or failure analysis
• Multidistrict litigation and / or coordinated state proceedings

Salary ranges are stated where required by law and may vary based on market data, experience, and certifications. The ranges below are for positions in the listed cities :

Denver, CO : $260,000 to $365,000

Los Angeles, CA : $260,000 to $365,000

San Diego, CA : $260,000 to $365,000

San Francisco, CA : $260,000 to $365,000

Palo Alto, CA : $260,000 to $365,000
