Tennessee Licensed Loan Processor

A company is looking for a Loan Processor to provide quality customer service by managing loan documentation and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Review and analyze borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets for underwriting Assemble complete loan packages and verify required documentation Communicate with customers and various companies to obtain necessary documentation and ensure compliance with regulations Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3 years' residential mortgage processing experience Experience with Encompass and knowledge of RESPA regulations Familiarity with DU, LP, Microsoft Office, and Windows Excellent math and analytical skills
