Managing a team of AR Follow-Up Specialists, the full-time remote AR Follow-Up Supervisor will oversee training, conduct quality audits, and ensure adherence to company policies while providing mentorship and support to team members. Key responsibilities Create and maintain a standard quality audit process and perform monthly reviews Conduct quarterly performance reviews and provide training for new employees Monitor workload and ensure tasks are completed accurately and timely Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Experience in Medical Insurance Follow Up or insurance collections is required Supervisory or management experience in a healthcare environment is necessary Background in healthcare revenue cycle management is preferred Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
