A leading Custom Home Construction company is seeking a  Project Manager  to coordinate and lead their team in the office. This is a great opportunity with a leading builder to build large custom homes with values of $5M and greater. Qualifications

• Four-year degree from an accredited university within the construction, engineering, or business concentrations preferred but not required
• 5+ years' experience in commercial or custom home construction
• Previous experience in a project management role with the ability to execute multiple projects and / or simultaneously
• Experience with projects with values of $5M and greater
• Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results
• Take initiative and seek responsibility
• Foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors and vendors
