• What You'll Do
• Train directly under
• top-producing Mortgage Bankers and leadership
• Learn real-world
• sales strategies
• through hands-on coaching
• Take and make calls using
• warm leads from multiple referral sources
• Learn industry-standard
• CRM and loan origination systems
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and referral partners
• Participate in ongoing
• sales meetings, contests, and incentives

• Training & Licensing (Fully Paid)
• $30,000 base pay during training
• Companypaid education and
• one paid attempt at the NMLS SAFE Exam
• Week 1 :
• 20+ hours of licensing training
• Week 2 :
• Practice testing + exam (results by end of week)
• Weeks 3-5 :
• Systems training and loan funding process
• Begin
• earning commission within ~45 days
• Commission checks paid
• bimonthly
• Candidates must pass the SAFE Exam to continue in the role.
• Advancement
• Graduate to
• Executive Loan Officer
• after $15-$20M funded
• Early promotions available
• Year 1 expected income :
• $85K-$125K

• No mortgage experience required-we

• Bachelor's degree
• OR
• 2+ years of retail, inside sales, service, military, or commission-based experience ideal - open on background for the right personality.
