Reports to SIOP Director
A market-leading U.S. manufacturer is adding a Bill of Materials Analyst to its team. This is a high-impact role at the center of operations, product data, finance, and supply chain—owning the accuracy and integrity of BOMs from development through production.
What you’ll do :
- Create, maintain, and audit BOMs and raw material part numbers across the product lifecycle
- Manage BOM changes, version control, and alignment with technical and manufacturing requirements
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Technical, and Supply Chain teams
- Support cost rolls, new product introductions, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze BOM data to identify cost-reduction and process-improvement opportunities
- Generate reporting tied to standards like OEE, labor, waste, and material costs
What we’re looking for :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field3–5 years of BOM or manufacturing data management experienceStrong ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, IQMS, or similar)Excel power user with strong analytical and organizational skillsClear communicator who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentLean / Six Sigma exposure is a plus
