Rise48 Equity is looking for a driven, organized, and people-focused professional to join our Investor Relations team!

As an Investor Relations Associate , you’ll play a key role in providing world-class service to our investors and supporting active equity raises across a growing national portfolio. You’ll work directly with senior leadership and gain hands-on exposure to the full lifecycle of real estate investments.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for investor inquiries — responding quickly, accurately, and professionally
• Manage investor subscription documents, PPMs, and portal updates
• Support equity raise administration, tracking commitments, and maintaining precise investor records
• Deliver daily capital commitment recaps and equity raise updates to leadership
• Work cross-functionally to ensure every investor interaction reflects our culture of excellence and transparency
