Job Overview :

We're looking for a data-savvy, brand-forward CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist. This role will be instrumental in elevating our customer engagement strategy through analytics, segmentation, and performance optimization. You will be managing our adhoc content library, executing promotional campaigns, and delivering actionable insights through weekly and monthly reporting. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners and help shape lifecycle journeys that reflect our brand's voice and values grounded in customer insights. A key part of this role will be analyzing performance metrics and identifying trends to inform strategy, managing our AI-powered content tool, and supporting experimentation through A / B testing.

Key Responsibilities :

Analytics & Reporting :

• Own weekly and monthly CRM reporting across email and mobile messaging. Work with CRM Manager on insights to make recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Partner with the CRM Manager to analyze campaign performance and deliver insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Analytics team to design and interpret A / B tests.
• Identify behavioral trends and performance patterns to recommend segmentation and content strategies.
