We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our 988 Wisconsin Lifeline team. This full-time, remote position is responsible for the clinical supervision of Lifeline Counselors on the 988 Wisconsin Lifeline team who include a combination of paraprofessionals and bachelor and master degreed level staff. The Clinical Supervisor facilitates individual and group clinical supervision and continuously evaluates and provides feedback to improve the quality of interactions between Lifeline Counselors and help seekers Working hours are very flexible over days and / or evening shifts with on-call consultation being minimally required.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of a system that ensures that all help seekers receive appropriate services.
• Evaluate live interactions or transcripts between Lifeline Counselors and help to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote best practices in mental health care delivery.
• Participate in the development of a system that ensures that all Lifeline Counselors receive the appropriate clinical supervision, staff development, and in-service training.
• Advise Clinical Manager on training needs of staff to ensure quality service.

Qualifications

Education Required : Master's degree in social work or related field.

Licensure Required : Wisconsin State Licensure as Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker
