A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Identify process and system opportunities to enhance operational efficiencies within the Revenue Cycle

Analyze Revenue Cycle data to support management and implement process improvements

Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Revenue Cycle operations during strategic project implementations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, business analytics, healthcare administration, or a related field

Two to four years of experience in Revenue Cycle processes, including billing and coding

Preferred experience in auditing, internal controls, and process improvement

Familiarity with electronic medical records and ancillary IT systems

Ability to manage projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
