What You’ll Do

• Provide inpatient psychiatric care for a diverse patient population
• Conduct psychiatric assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Manage medication and pharmacotherapy for varied psychiatric conditions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care activities using Wellsky EMR
• Support involuntary commitments and crisis interventions as needed
• Maintain compliance with all legal and ethical standards

What You Need

• Active medical license in Delaware
• Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry
• Minimum 3 years of inpatient psychiatric experience
• Knowledge of involuntary commitments and pharmacotherapy
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
