Position: Assistant Manager Outpatient Imaging
Location: Chico, CA
Job Type: Permanent Full Time

Shift: Days, Full Time
Salary Range: $100,000 – $160,000
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Radiology Manager with financial, HR, leadership, quality, and operational management

Supervise Lead/Senior Technologists and indirectly all technical staff

Manage daily staffing, budgets, and productivity targets

Ensure image quality control and policy enforcement

Participate in quality improvement and regulatory compliance (Joint Commission, Title 17 & 22, ACR)

Act as liaison between patients/families, physicians, and care teams

Maintain clinical competencies and technical skills
Patients Served: Pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric

Requirements
Minimum Experience: 5 years as a working Diagnostic Technologist and 2 years supervisory in acute care
Minimum Licenses/Certifications:

Current CRT (California) OR ARRT license

Current CPR Certification
Desired:

3–5 years prior supervisory/managerial experience

Associate Degree
