A company is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist (Paid Search & Social).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee strategy and execution of paid media campaigns, focusing on Google Ads and social platforms to meet performance targets
Execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns and manage the lead lifecycle from awareness to sales handover
Analyze data to optimize campaigns, implement A / B testing, and ensure robust conversion tracking
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
4+ years of experience in demand generation or performance marketing with a focus on B2B
Expertise in managing Google Ads accounts and proficiency in Meta and LinkedIn Ads
Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting data and making data-driven decisions
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
