Position Overview : The Certified Peer Specialist / Peer Care Manager works in concert with the Director of CORE & HCBS and the Team to provide support, services, and link Members to resources in their home or community. CORE & HCBS staff use a person-centered, trauma informed model of care, which emphasizes and supports a person's potential for recovery by optimizing quality of life and reducing symptoms of behavioral health conditions through empowerment, choice, and health and wellness goals.
