Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Surgical Nurse located in Chattanooga, TN. The Medical Surgical Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, monitoring telemetry, and working collaboratively with the medical team to ensure the best outcomes for patients. Daily tasks include assessing patient conditions, administering medications, and implementing nursing care plans. The role also requires critical thinking and the ability to perform under pressure.

Qualifications

• Nursing and Patient Care skills
• Medicine and Telemetry knowledge
• Critical Thinking ability
• Experience in acute care settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Current registered nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred
• Experience in a faith-based healthcare setting is a plus
